What You’ll Be Doing:

• Installing new software and hardware components.
• Regularly evaluate our systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
• Be available to take incoming phone and email requests from customers.
• Provide support to office personnel — internal and external — for all hardware and software-related issues (desktop support, monitors, printers, laptops, etc.)
• Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
• Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
• Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer operations.
• Support colleagues in both on-site and remote locations
• Forecasting and maintaining inventory to support business needs with minimal technology disruptions.
• Creating, forecasting,implementing and supporting End of Life processes and procedures.
• Work with 3rd party technology vendors.
• Manage employee access in support of customer requirements

Other tasks and assignments at the direction of management.

What Skills You Have:

• Must be an individual who is able to successfully work in a team environment and is able to demonstrate that ability
• You should have an in-depth knowledge of various computer hardware and software technology, including Chrome, MS OS, working with Windows, Android, and Apple phones.
• Must have the desire and ability to maintain and advance personal technical knowledge.
• Must have a flexible approach to successfully completing tasks and projects
• Top candidates will also have an amiable personality, an aptitude for customer service, and the ability to work in an ambiguous environment.
• Should enjoy working in a rapidly changing and growing organization
• The successful candidate must currently possess the eligibility to work in the United States and be available to work on-site in the Phoenix Metro area

What You’ll Need:

• High School diploma or GED certificate
• Microsoft 365 and Azure support experience
• 2 years of Wi-Fi, Network, firewall, DNS configuration/troubleshooting
• Prior technical phone and email support experience is a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills
• Must possess excellent customer service
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional certification (e.g. CompTIA, CCNS, CISSP, MCSE) is a plus
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with both Mac and PC computers
