The Project Manager is also responsible for day-to-day management of a customer relations team, including but not limited to managing UHP customer projects – Quote fulfillment, proper customer order placement, customer order tracking, proactive updates to all interested parties, and customer fulfillment.
The project manager will implement project management tools, dashboards, and metrics to establish a Project Management Office to successfully facilitate the delivery of the UHP project portfolio within the Drains business unit of Watts Water Technologies, Inc.
The Project Manager will be responsible for defining, modifying, and creating processes across Commercial Operations, Order Entry, Sourcing, Planning, Supply Chain, Shipping, and post shipment management of all Mega Project Orders. Products will include Valves and Drains product.
