Summary of Duties:
We are seeking an Administrative Manager for Information Technology Services (ITS). ITS is an administrative unit within Finance and Administration. This position is responsible for managing the business and administrative functions within ITS. This position oversees and manages personnel functions, recruitment, facilities, space management, resource allocation, business operations, Service Level Agreements (SLA’s), Memo of Understanding (MOU’s), and provides supervision to employees. Duties include, but are not limited to, the management, oversight, planning, coordinating, analyzing and evaluating of these activities and functions within Information Technology Services.
Hybrid work including a blend of in-office and remote work is available.
Required Qualifications:
Positions require a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and four (4) years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified which has included at least one (1) year of supervisory experience. A Master’s degree in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of professional work experience. Any combination of relevant education and professional experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year‐for‐year basis.
Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated computer software skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office programs, such as: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated experience creating/auditing administrative procedures and internal controls.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in higher education, governmental or non-profit agencies.
Experience with facilities maintenance including remodel and space management.
Experience with customer service.

Monthly Salary: $4,508.70 – $6,763.06 | In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate’s current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position. Successful candidates typically begin up to mid-point of the salary range. For additional information, please review WSU’s Administrative Professional Compensation.
