Job Description Summary
Under direct supervision of the Medical Physician or designee, the Certified Medical Assistant will assist in the appropriate elements of administrative and clinical responsibilities within the scope of the Certified Medical Assistant’s training. Performs clinical and administrative tasks to keep the workflow going in a day clinic and observation unit.
This position is full-time during the fall and spring semesters (10-month position) and follows the University academic calendar. The work schedule is 5 shifts (a combination of weekdays and every other weekend).
