Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in day-to-day operations of the facility
- Schedule management of everyone in the office
- Administative preparation such as checking supplies and inventory
- Being organized with personal schedule and to-do list
- Routine checks on email and phone call logs
- Ad-hoc data entry tasks
- Daily reconciliation of various transactions for budget expense purposes.
Qualifications:
- Team player with good communication skills
- Able to commence work immediately would be an advantage
- Passionate about helping others
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
