WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT? The Talent Operations Specialist is part recruiter, part ATS expert and part Talent/ HR support. You’ll work collaboratively with the HR/ Talent team and hiring managers across the org to attract and hire top talent for a variety of roles (across levels and departments) and will be responsible for the full-life-cycle of those recruiting efforts. In addition, you’re also the subject-matter-expert on ATS and develop processes, manage candidate data integrity, create/ analyze applicant pipeline reports and partner with the Talent team to develop process workflows, templates and user-guides. You will work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop strategies to identify top talent. You will also manage our employer branding and social media campaigns through strong partnerships with vendors and agencies.

LOCATION
Hybrid or Remote: This role can be hybrid or fully remote, candidates must reside in MA, VA, or FL for consideration. Relocation assistance is not available at this time.
