Currently, we are looking for a Technical Administrator (in other companies your job title could be Technical Support Specialist Tier II or Help Desk Support Tier II) to join our Service Delivery team. The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment where they have responsibility for:

· Strong foundation and ability to work with a multitude of industry leading software solutions and platforms

· Ability to manage time in order to meet deadlines
· Handle multiple priorities in a high-paced environment with accuracy and efficiency

Preferred Education/Experience
· Bachelor of Science (Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems)
· Technical Associates Degree with experience
· 2+ years of corporate IT/Troubleshooting experience
