Vesta, Inc Hiring for Repost: Community Integration Specialist at Germantown, MD  Full Time

Vesta, Inc. is currently seeking an individual to work in the community, home, and our center in Germantown with individuals and families suffering from mental illness in an effort to enhance their quality of life. Services provided are to be individualized and based upon a detailed needs assessment. This individual would provide services to assist clients with learning and developing independent living skills, social skills, illness management and strategies, and self-care skills. Support is also to be provided to clients with accessing and coordinating benefits, additional services, and community-based resources.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Health and Human Services field; and/or
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the behavioral health field
• Valid Driver’s License; and reliable mode of transportation
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule.

SKILLSET:

• Facilitating Groups
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients at all times.
• Attention to detail and follow through.
• Strong computer skills, with familiarity to the Microsoft products
• Able to coach and teach with the purpose to obtain outcomes.
