The successful candidate for this Human Resources Generalist position will be assisting in the day-to-day Human Resources functions for the facility. This role is primarily focused on the manufacturing operations and related functions. They will provide support and coordination of human resources projects and activities and lead implementation of HR programs. This position reports to the HR Manager and plays an integral role on the site in helping to achieve department goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
At the direction of HR Manager partners with the site management team to effectively deliver HR programs, employee engagement and business results.

strategic workforce planning,
building and strengthening the internal talent pipeline,
manage all aspects of the annual talent review process
