JOB OVERVIEW: Responsible for managing the end user lifecycle to include account creation, security access and termination to systems, applications, and networks.
DEPARTMENT: Informational Technology
WORK HOURS: Typically, Monday – Friday; Hours may vary to meet departmental needs.
PREREQUISITES :
Level I
1. Zero (0) to two (2) years’ experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).
2. Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA and related data privacy practices and laws, preferred.
3. Minimum of one (1) year experience in healthcare information technology, preferred.
4. Experience with modern computer and telephone equipment, operating systems, and desktop applications, preferred.
5. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, preferred.
6. Experience with NTFS files systems and permissions, preferred.
7. Experience with Active Directory users and computers, groups, and organizational units, preferred.
8. Experience with Epic systems user provisioning and management, preferred.
9. CompTIA A+, CompTIA Net+, Security+ or equivalent is a plus.
10. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or completion of an accredited technical training program is required. Three
(3) years of relevant experience can replace requirement for a degree.
11. Possession of or being able to obtain and maintain Epic Security Coordinator, Data Courier, EMP and SER Administration certifications is required.
Level II:
1. Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).
2. Requirements as defined by the Information Technology department.
Level Sr:
1. Five (5) plus years’ experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).
2. Requirements as defined by the Information Technology department.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES :
Level I
1. Manage the end user lifecycle to include account creation, security access and termination to systems, applications, and networks.
2. Participate in maintaining operational configurations of all in-place IAM solutions as per the established business baselines.
3. Participate in monitoring all in-place IAM solutions for efficient and appropriate operations.
4. Participate in investigations into problematic activities.
5. Participate in the identification potential security access concerns and report violations to the Cybersecurity team and provide suggestions for improvement.
6. Participate in the design and execution of security audits.
7. Participate in design of automated processes.
8. Participate in the development and training of a consolidated end user’s onboarding process.
9. Participate in the creation of enterprise security documents including policies, procedures, standards, baselines, guidelines, knowledge bases and procedures.
10. Participate in the training of new team members.
11. Participate in continuous process improvement.
12. Participate in continuous professional development.
13. Provide 24/7 on-call support for all in-place IAM solutions.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.
Level II
1. Assists and provides guidance to lower-level analysts with assigned duties and responsibilities.
2. Assists and takes instruction from senior-level analysts and supervisor with duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Level Sr
1. Assists and provides guidance to lower-level analysts with assigned duties and responsibilities.
2. Assists and takes instruction from supervisor and/or team lead with duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Pay: $62,300.00 – $111,387.00 per year
