Global Content Operations Coordinator

Summary:
Responsible for day to day activities which support the Global Content Services group. This consists of the following key areas: Media Content Operations and Distribution, Language Operations. This includes all operational needs for content registration, sourcing, processing, and delivery to various internal and external end points.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with operational teams to facilitate the ordering, tracking and distribution required localization of content, including subtitling, dubbing and access services
• Ingest, register, quality check and grade all ingested content including its metadata before it can be distributed
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date documentation, systems and trackers.
• Communicate status of content delivery to internal and external partners as needed
• Manage audio exports and alignments
• Provides operational support to team/department projects as required by the supervisor
• Assist brands/business with creation, maintenance and packaging of all scheduling components, video files and ancillary files for various platforms
• Assists brands/business with requests for new or missing assets from external departments and regional contacts
• Troubleshooting issues as they arise through all stages of content preparation, asset creation and deliver
• Assisting with special/priority projects as needed to support business, internal departments, affiliates, linear and digital initiative

WHAT SKILLS YOU WILL NEED:
Years of experience: 1+ years of relevant work experience

• Understanding of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities while working in a fast paced schedule driven organization
• Strong written and verbal communication. Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of related media operations format and equipment, or ability to learn.
• Superior customer service skills; both in communication and follow up
• Work Experience in Digital Media or Broadcast Media industry

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Media Networks programming.
• Experience working with customers in multiple time zones in a 24-hour environment.
• Knowledge of entertainment media acquisition, production, packaging, delivery and distribution workflows including Rights, Scheduling, Digital Asset Management and Finance Systems.
