Vaco Looking for HR Admin Full Time

Job Description

HR Associate needed! Great growth opportunity and open to green candidates with 1 year HR experience!

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Talent Acquisition – working closely with hiring managers; managing the Applicant Tracking System; managing workflow of offers and onboarding; coordinating bi-weekly onboarding; reviewing and renewing job descriptions and screening candidates
  • Benefits and Leave Administration
  • HRIS and Learning Management Administration – provide administrative support for the HR team.
  • Supporting Nashville, Knoxville and Columbia office locations

Requirements:

  • Must be local candidate – role is on-site with hybrid options post training
  • Bachelor’s Degree or one year+ of HR experience
