Duties will include but not be limited to:
Talent Acquisition – working closely with hiring managers; managing the Applicant Tracking System; managing workflow of offers and onboarding; coordinating bi-weekly onboarding; reviewing and renewing job descriptions and screening candidates
Benefits and Leave Administration
HRIS and Learning Management Administration – provide administrative support for the HR team.
Supporting Nashville, Knoxville and Columbia office locations
Must be local candidate – role is on-site with hybrid options post training
