Warehouse Delivery Driver

We are looking for a motivated team player to join our Warehouse team! This is a full time position.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Pick materials for HVAC/plumbing construction and repair jobs
Load and unload trucks
Run deliveries to jobsites and to service technicians
Safely operate pick-up trucks, 24’ box truck and 24’ flatbed truck 26,000 GVW
Safely operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks, portable ladders, hand trucks, man lifts and forklifts
Return extra materials to inventory and vendors as needed
Verify shipments for freight damage
Load and unload shipments by hand or forklift
Perform cycle counts as needed
Use good housekeeping procedures in maintenance of the facility

Qualifications:

Prefer 1 – 2 years of experience in a warehouse shipping and receiving position and delivery experience
Must be a self-starter, have a good attitude and be a team player
Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, as well as add and subtract fractions and attention to detail
Must have forklift certification or the ability to obtain it
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to handle repetitive standing, kneeling, walking and reaching
Must have the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
Good driving record (acceptable to our insurance carrier) – a commercial license is not required
Must comply with company drug testing requirements
