POSITION PURPOSE
Oversees the development and administration of the
Residential Life Program, customer service, and administrative operations within Blakeley and Laurel Villages.

POSITION COMPLEXITIES
HFS Residential Life houses over 9000 students in residence halls and apartments.
This position is responsible for program development, and the operationalizing of student development and applied environmental theory
within this complex and quickly evolving environment.
SUPERVISION PROVIDED
The position works under general
supervision and reports to the Area Director for Apartment Life.
WORKING CONDITIONS
The position works a
regular Monday through Friday schedule; however, it requires one monthly evening staff meeting, and occasional weekend commitments
throughout the year.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school graduation and three years of full-time property management
or residential/community management experience.Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum requirements.

Bachelor’s degree and experience that demonstrates:
