The Manager of Quality and Program Management for Cancer Service Line will be responsible for development and implementation of the strategic goals and objectives resulting in both operational and clinical outcomes that are consistent with the quality performance of peer institutions.Reporting to the Administrator of Cancer Service Line the Manager will provide support to Cancer Service Line leadership and to the leadership of UVA Health System to achieve the goals of the Cancer Center and Health System.
Position Compensation Range: $77,937.60 – $124,696.00 Annual
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing is recommended. Master’s of Science in Nursing is preferred or other Master’s program in healthcare related field.
Experience: Five years of progressive responsibility and related work experience is required. Must be able to demonstrate effective verbal and written communications skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require walking some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
