Posting Summary:
The Residence Director (RD) is responsible for the development of a residential community within a Learning Community. Reporting to the Area Coordinator, the RD’s role is to support a meaningful residential experience ensuring the residence halls are rich learning environments where students develop and learn the skills necessary to successfully navigate life on campus. This is a required live-on position with a limited duration of a two (2) year term.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience):
A Master’s Degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs, Student Personnel, Counseling, Education, or related field is required.
Other Information:
This is a required live-on position with a limited duration of a two (2) year term. Successful candidates will be subject to background check due to the live-in nature of this position.
