The Spaces & Experiences portfolio provides services that enrich life for everyone at the University of Toronto on our St. George campus by operating residences, food and beverage services, parking and transportation management. Our administrative team provides financial and administrative support for the Spaces & Experiences operations by processing financial transactions, analyzing financial data, supporting procurement decisions and ensuring the integrity of the overall financial reporting of the portfolio.
Your opportunity:
Under the general supervision of the Accounting Supervisor, the Office Clerk is to provide overall office support and process financial documents into the University’s Financial Information System (FIS). Office support includes managing and purchasing supplies for the office, copiers, and the kitchen, coordinating and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries and maintaining the department’s filing system. Processing financial documents, includes but is not limited to, invoices, purchase orders, debit memos, expense reimbursements, and cash receipts.
