Position Summary
The Coordinator of Ticketing is responsible for developing, maintaining, and increasing season ticket and group sales for football, men’s and women’s basketball, volleyball, baseball and softball. Position also develops and executes long-term and short-term daily operating plans for all aspects of Athletics Ticketing. The Coordinator of Ticketing reports to the Senior Director of Development for Special Projects.
This position is considered a “Responsible Employee” under Title IX federal regulations and “Mandatory Reporter” under Texas state law and The UIW Sexual Misconduct Policy. As a Mandatory Reporter, this position requires you as the employee to promptly report any incident that you witness or receive information about Title IX violations. These reporting responsibilities are set out in the UIW Sexual Misconduct Policy.

Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree. Note that up to two years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree.
Required Work Experience
One (1) year of experience in a collegiate or professional sales setting or ticket office with a proven record of achieving sales goals.
Preferred Qualifications
Three (3) years of experience in a collegiate or professional sales setting or ticket office experience with a proven record of achieving sales plan goals.
Required Certifications, Licenses or Registrations
Work Hours
Standard work hours of Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm with flexibility to work assigned games which may be scheduled for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
