Purpose of Position
Working within the Division of Student Support this position provides
confidential/private advocacy and support to UTEP campus members who have been impacted by crime and violence; assist survivors in
understanding and navigating university policies and procedures, helps promote the academic success and personal empowerment of survivors;
and manages a diverse group of student volunteers.

Required Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Human
Services or Criminal Justice or equivalent from four-year College or technical school within area of assigned responsibility
Three
years of related experience to the statement of duties and responsibilities; or equivalent combination of education and
experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or Criminal Justice or equivalent from four
year College or technical school within are of assigned responsibility.
