Job Description Summary
The employee will be responsible for developing and optimizing innovative diagnostic technologies within the Wang Research Lab. Research tasks will focus on diagnostic assay/sensor components identification, optimization and integration, and will extend to related areas if necessary and related to the missions of the research program. Job activities include performing daily wet bench investigations, designing and conducting experiments, generating and analyzing data, writing reports in the form of presentations, manuscripts, assisting the PI with grant applications and daily lab operations, including obtaining and maintaining lab supplies and equipment, orienting and mentoring students, and performing other duties as assigned by the PI.

Qualifications
Highly advanced professional discipline. M.D., Ph. D., or equivalent doctoral degree and 5 years of postdoctoral experience is required
Working Conditions

Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
