The Specialist will work with the Director and two other research team members to effectively deliver on the Center’s set of research projects. DUTIES:
Driving three research projects related to water infrastructure technical assistance, including collecting, analyzing and interpreting data and policies relevant to drinking water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure to present to research team.
Coordinating selected research projects including drafting research project reports, developing research project communications materials including interview & survey questions, public outreach related to water infrastructure, developing presentations for information sessions, and general research project coordination activities.
Procuring and managing and student employment activities related to research projects.
Producing research project documentation such as fact sheets, story maps, and website management for research projects as well as report drafting, editing and formatting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Science and 0 to 1 year of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
The job requires an undergraduate bachelor’s degree or equivalent in environmental policy, water resources, environmental studies, or environmental engineering.
Competency with developing and using spreadsheets required.
Demonstrated interest in community water infrastructure preferred.
