The Program Coordinator will perform all administrative functions for the Center, including coordinating calendars with the Faculty Director’s assistant. S/he will have regular interactions with internal and external VIP constituents such as faculty, staff, students, alumni, external clients of the school, and board members’ offices. Therefore, s/he must manage priorities effectively while delivering an extremely high level of professional service. S/he must be skilled at coordinated planning, management and execution of multiple related projects that result in accomplishing the strategic objectives of the center.
In addition, the Program Coordinator will be responsible for:
-Continual updates to the Board member listservs, which include names, titles, emails, addresses, phone numbers and the same for the assistants of these individuals. The individual will need to communicate these changes to other members within the team to ensure that all contact information is consistent across all platforms.
-Keeping the website updated which involves inputting data into the Events HQ platform to ensure all events populate onto the website.
-The individual will be required to help with the production of the newsletter, updating social media channels and providing support with producing marketing collateral materials.
– Managing the center’s work study students and monitoring their follow through on project support for the team and events. S/he will establish procedures and protocols for the student workers.
-Daily financial tasks and PO Requisitioner duties including creating purchase orders and making purchases in Ben Marketplace.

S/he will serve as the day-to-day contact for facilities and IT regarding office, building, and IT related matters for the center.

Qualifications
