Job Description Summary

The Enrollment Systems and Admissions Coordinator will support the Enrollment Systems Manager in the ongoing operation, training, reporting and support of the current and new admissions systems as well as planning for system transitions. In addition, the person in this role will be processing applications, working with applicants to ensure the proper completion of their application and communicating with Program Directors as part of the application review process.

Duties
The Enrollment Systems and Admissions Coordinator will support the Enrollment Systems Manager in the ongoing operation of current and new admissions systems as well as planning for system transitions. They will also assist in providing ongoing training, support and consultation on all system questions to Admissions and Enrollment Management team members and Program Directors and Staff in the College of Liberal and Professional Studies. The Enrollment Systems and Admission Coordinator will run existing reports as well as create new reports for various stakeholders in the College of Liberal and Professional Studies. In addition, the person in this role will be processing applications, working with applicants to ensure the proper completion of their application and communicating with Program Directors as part of the application review process.
