Job Description Summary
The Chronobiology and Sleep Institute is looking for a highly motivated, organized and dedicated Bioinformatician to support the bioinformatics and statistical needs of the Sehgal laboratory and the Chronobiology and Sleep Institute. In support of their research on circadian regulation of sleep as well as other physiological systems and processes (e.g. metabolic, cardiovascular, cancer, immune), the Bioinformatician will analyze genomic/proteomic/metabolomic data generated by bench scientists, aid with statistical methods, provide input on experimental design, help generate figures and write parts of manuscripts and grants relevant to their work.

Position is contingent on continued grant funding.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree and three years of data analysis experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, in Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Informatics required. Ph.D. preferred
