Division of Research, Innovation & Impact
The University of Missouri’s, in partnership with the Office of Human Resources, seeks a dynamic and outgoing professional to provide primary human resources (HR) service to various departments and offices within RII. This position will work onsite in the primary contact’s location and serve as backup for the other HR professionals within RII. You will be part of a team who delivers HR expertise and guidance to our supervisors, managers, and leaders. We enjoy our work, work hard, and take pride in delivering results to our leaders throughout the division.
You may have skills and experience in recruitment and selection, onboarding and orientation, or employee relations and policy interpretation. We have a place for you on our team and your talents will flourish in working with RII and the Office of Human Resources.
This position report to the Associate Director of HR and is expected to offer thoughtful, researched ideas and feedback on ways to improve HR service to the division. These positions also collaborate with and have accountability to the Office of Human Resources.

$56,864 – $85,000/year

University Title: SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANT

Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm with occasional nights and weekends
A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Previous experience in higher education, human resources and business administration. Experience in full cycle recruitment, onboarding and orientation activities, or other employee life cycle experiences. SHRM or HRCI certification.
