This position works with students returning to college to earn a bachelor’s degree from The University of Mississippi through the statewide Complete to Compete (C2C) program. Helps students who stopped out of college without completing a degree to navigate the readmission process, selects the best degree option for them, initiates C2C grant application each semester, and serves as a support to help overcome potential obstacles to degree completion.
This position plans, manages, implements, and provides oversight over a variety of administrative support functions for a large or complex department. The incumbent manages the planning and facilitation of events; prepares detailed reports, reviews account activity, and makes recommendations for departmental budget; provides supervision and guidance to support staff.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
AND
Experience:
Two (2) years of experience related to the above described duties.
