Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems
Effective communication and customer services skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Position Description:

The Pro-Shop Clerk will provide high level customer service to University of Louisville Golf Club members and their guests through point-of-sale, check-in, merchandising, and Club events. This position reports to the Assistant Golf Professional.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greeting and check-in of members and guests including tee time reservations and administration, tournaments, and other events.
• Merchandising Pro-Shop including point-of sale (POS) and displays.
• Inventory control
