Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM. Some nights and weekends as needed.
Job Summary:
This position provides primary support within Hospital Administration to the Funds Flow Neurology department.
The functions will include administrative and clerical support, administrative operations for small scale projects, financial duties and high-level attention to detail. This position will coordinate the business office activities which include calendar management, scheduling, preparing and organizing internal/external meetings and logistics, business trip scheduling and management.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks while accurately completing routine functions in a fast paced, high intensity, professional work environment; proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent attention to detail; exceptional planning and organizational skill; effective written and verbal communications skills; ability to provide superior customer service, time management, and judgement and respect.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:
MS Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, SAP, Adobe, ProCard experience, EPIC.

Preferred Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree and three years experience highly preferred.
