Description:
Under general supervision of the Director of Dentistry Human Resources Operations, the Human Resources Assistant performs program/operational and human resources activities of the Dentistry Human Resources Department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Any one or any combination totaling one (1) year (12 months) from the following categories below:
- course work in human resource administration, business administration or a closely related field, as measured by the following conversion table or its proportional equivalent:
- 30 semester hours equals one (1) year (12 months)
- work experience performing basic human resource/payroll or general office support duties.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Must be able to handle numerous priorities and complex tasks in a deadline driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
