This
Opportunity:
Palladium seeks a
Manager, Business Development to support proposal capture and
development within the Integrated Health Services and Systems portfolio. Responsibilities require knowledge
and experience in proposal development in health, best practices, donor priorities,
and initiatives. The Manager will focus on the
provision of a full range of support to the Integrated Health Services and
Systems Portfolio’s business development efforts, working closely with the
portfolio Senior Manager. That support could include but may not be limited to
pursuit, capture, or proposal planning, pre-proposal research and writing,
proposal writing and capture managing, managing the internal team and partner
inputs for bid efforts, overseeing broader bid preparation and production aspects,
or other duties as assigned.

The
position is based in Palladium’s
Washington D.C. office.
