Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management, the Enrollment Manager is responsible for meeting enrollment goals by developing, planning, executing, and managing student recruitment activities for assigned academic programs, including inquiry/applicant follow-up, recruitment events, and engagement with external and community organizations. The position is also responsible for meeting student retention and enrollment benchmarks in assigned programs by pro-actively providing superior, student-centered academic coaching and advising on issues, directly and indirectly, related to students academic planning, progress, and performance.
As the primary enrollment manager for their program(s), the position manages a recruitment budget, including determining spending channels/allocation, and is responsible for making effective independent decision-making that advances enrollment performance.

Salary Grade Number
The salary grade for the position is 8.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $50,000 – $55,000.
The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The University may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, but not based on a candidates sex or any other protected status.
