Position Summary
The Advancement and Campaign Communications team within the University of Denvers Advancement division is seeking a driven and talented marketing and communications professional to fill the position of Graphic Design and Production Coordinator. Reporting to the Associate Director of Creative and Brand this position will provide forward-thinking creativity and strong design skills to execute a wide variety of print and digital assets, typically under tight deadlines. This role will also assist in facilitating project management and print production, tracking project schedules and managing communications with external vendors and internal partners.
The coordinator position must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with many ongoing projects and competing deadlines. They will be efficient working within Adobe Creative Cloud programs, and have an understanding of the various aspects that go into the print production process. A strong candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to define and analyze complex problems, and be able to make sound decisions independently and/or under minimal supervision. They will also demonstrate the ability to anticipate the needs of the project/department and show proactive leadership in planning to meet specified goals and deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, as well as the ability to adapt to quickly changing priorities. The person in this role will demonstrate a commitment to inclusive excellence, exemplary stewardship, and be excited to help prepare and launch the most ambitious fundraising campaign in DUs history.

Salary Grade Number:
The salary grade for the position is 7.
Hourly Range:
The hourly range for the position is $20.43-$25.50.
The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The University may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, but not based on a candidates sex or any other protected status.
