Position Overview:
The Passport Services Supervisor leads a team
of staff and student employees serving as Passport Agents. As a designated Lead Passport Acceptance agent, the supervisor audits and reviews
documents, forms, identification, and proof of citizenship related to completing passport applications to ensure compliance with Department
of State regulations. Manages budget, financial sustainability, marketing strategy, client service, staffing, resources, and administrative
operations.
Applies entrepreneurial mindset to make continuous process improvements, constructively challenge waste and poor
practices, reduce costs and creatively generate resources. Recommends and develops the strategic direction for the organization and
participates in cross-functional initiatives. Responsible for analyzing financial, operations, and customer data to drive organizational
changes. Builds partnerships with Study Abroad Office, UCSD Alumni, and greater San Diego community.
