Position Description:
The Program Representative is responsible for planning, organizing, and administering the UCLA Californians For All College Corps Program. Responsibilities include selection, placement, and daily management of approximately 150 student program fellows each year. Under the guidance of the Director, the Program Representative builds relationships and works with partner sites in the community that may include non-profit and government agencies, community groups and local businesses to implement various aspects and activities of the Californians For All College Corps Program. The Program Representative is responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant polices and regulations and submitting required reports and documentation. This position is grant-funded. It is expected that the grant will run through July 2024 with a possibility of extension based on continued availability of funding.

This is a 1-year contract position with the potential to renew.
The budgeted hiring salary/target range for this position is the posted minimum to $5,500 monthly – with salary placement based on skills, knowledge, and experience.
This position also provides full health benefits and membership in the UC Retirement Plan. Pay at the top of the budgeted pay range is commensurate with prior experience.
Offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience; the budget for the position; and the application of fair, equitable, and consistent pay practices at the University.
