Union Supply Group has an immediate need for a Data Entry Clerk. This position is located at our Corporate Office in Dallas, TX.

Purpose of Position:

• Input information is multiple system accurately.
• Generate spreadsheets with large data
• Verify data against documents
• Search and investigate data errors and report for corrections
• Store competed documents in appropriate location/server
• Establish priorities for entering data
• Maintain accurate data base by entering new and updated records and relevant information
• Professionally interact with team member, peers, and managers to make sure quality requirements are met.
• Escalate observed issues appropriately
• May perform other duties as directed.

Position Qualifications & Education Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalency required
• 1 year of related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands-on experience with office equipment
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
