Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls and generate sales leads

Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers accounts through open and interactive communication

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools, provide solutions and answers to the questions being asked.

Follow communication and documentation procedures while working with the customer and other team members.

Skills:

Customer support experience as a client service representative

Strong phone skills and active listening

Communication and presentation skills

Comfortable and skilled with office computer and management system

High School Degree required, college is helpful but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 – $19.00 per hour
