Director of Residential Education
Pay Status and Classification: Exempt, Regular full time
Supervisor: Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs, Campus & Community Living & Learning
Position Purpose: Responsible for development, implementation and evaluation of a diverse and cohesive array of programs designed to create community and learning within all residential spaces (residence halls and apartments, Greek Houses, and Minerva Houses). Writes residential curricula that provides academic support and enrichment opportunities to meet the developmental needs of residents. Provides professional and paraprofessional staff with counsel and guidance on general matters of student development, well-being, and incident management. Carries out the mission of Union College and the Division of Student Affairs.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,00.00-$90,000.00. Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications.
