Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources for IT, provides procedural guidance and direction to staff and management in areas of employee relations, job safety, recruitment, on-boarding and leave of absence; ensures proper personnel policies and bargaining agreements are followed; triages HR requests and provides superior customer service to internal and external customers and/or perspective employees.
