Director of Compensation and Benefits (Paid relo. to PA; $120-$160k) Description
Our client is looking for a Director of Compensation and Benefits to add to their team near Hershey, PA. You will be responsible for leading the codification and consistency of a well-defined, competitive, and creative compensation and benefits process across a large, distributed workforce. In addition, you will be responsible for directing financial analysis and impact assessments of Total Rewards programs, ensuring state-to-state regulatory compliance. To be successful in this role, you must have led compensation and benefit analysis and implemented organization-wide pay structures and incentive policies with a large multi-state organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an independent problem-solver to forge new territory with an expanding organization where you will be given the space and resources to run with your ideas.
