Provide office administration and support for the TCC Foundation and Foundation donors. Contribute to the advancement of Foundation/College goals and objects by managing department projects in collaboration with Foundation staff, Chief Development Officer, and President of the TCC Foundation.
Essential Duties
Work with Foundation staff to plan and execute events; communicates with vendors, and creates and works timeline of events.
Manage various projects and activities for the TCC Foundation to meet departmental deadlines, goals and objectives.
Communicate with potential and existing donors, answering/directing inquiries, providing information, and solving problems. Partner with Foundation staff as needed to resolve donor concerns.
Collaborate with the Foundation Database Administrator to ensure donor records are up to date and pulled properly for invitations/mailings.
Provide high-level administrative support for the TCC Foundation. Maintain and organize calendars, organize and prepare for meetings, direct inquiries, assist with department budget keeping, and other administrative tasks.
Monitor, organize, and improve project management systems, organizing and maintaining relevant program files. This includes researching potential initiatives and events, creating project proposals, etc.
Compose correspondence and other documents utilizing independent research and knowledge of the TCC Foundation’s policies, procedures, and views.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, project management, or related field. Degree requirement may be substituted with equivalent work experience.
Three years of experience in office administration, customer service, project management, fundraising, public relations/marketing, or event planning.
Ability to organize daily work procedures and perform duties under one’s own initiative with minimal guidance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with others.
Organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (including MS Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Blackbaud products and Sciquest.
