Performs public service and clerical duties of a varied and complex nature in the operations of assigned area in the TCC Library, according to established procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Requires one year training or experience in Library operations, including assistance in locating information in print and electronically.
Ability to interact effectively as a member of a team.
Ability to organize work and maintain accuracy.
Knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
Customer service experience preferred.
