The College
Trinity College seeks a staff that reflects the changing demographics of our student body. Our

women. More than 90 percent of students live on campus. Trinity is a highly selective, independent, nonsectarian liberal arts institution

Office
The Office of Admissions, part of the Student Success and Enrollment Division, aims to cultivate, recruit, evaluate,
and yield an academically strong, talented, and diverse student body. Our mission is to prepare bold, independent thinkers who lead

Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the Associate Director of Admissions and Events Coordinator will be an
integral member of senior leadership in the Admissions Office and have supervisory responsibilities. The successful candidate will develop
and coordinate innovation programming and events for recruitment and yield efforts. Collaboration with key campus partners, galvanizing
faculty, staff, and student support, and knowledge of effective marketing and communication strategies are critical components to the
success of this role.
