Title: IT Project Coordinator
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Denver, Colorado
REMOTE POSITION
Job Description:
- Work with the myColorado Production team and Marcom Manager to facilitate day-to-day
- project and communications tasks.
- Partner closely with the myColorado Project Manager and Marcom Manager to ensure
- communication activities align with key project deliverables.
- Assist the myColorado Marcom Manager with executing the marcom strategy and plan,
- providing clear, concise and timely communications between OIT, agency partners, counties,
- merchants, law enforcement, and the general public.
- Provide communications support including editing, proofreading and organizing data.
- Support the myColorado Marcom Manager in establishing and maintaining a positive image of
- myColorado through targeted, on-brand communication.
- Assist with stakeholder engagement activities and planning.
Department Role:
- Provide communications expertise, strong organizational skills and support for myColorado
- Marcom Manager. Must be fluent in AP style and familiar with Azure Devops or similar Agile
- programs.
Team Interaction:
- Work with the myColorado app Production team and Marcom Manager to provide assistance
- and support for project- and communications-related needs.
- If needed, communicate with stakeholder groups regarding the myColorado app.
