Human Resources Assistant
We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. The ideal candidate will facilitate daily Human Resource functions like maintaining employee records, supporting the interview process, and creating caregiver badges and covid safety kits. This role also involves performing tasks with a focus on growing our company’s talent pipeline and improving our sourcing tactics.
The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of assisting with HR duties as well as general administrative responsibilities. To succeed in this role, the candidate should be open to learning new things, have excellent time management, and have more than basic computer skills. Experience in the services we provide would be great, but not required. You will do a wide range of things around the office and work closely with the Client Care Manager to learn how to coordinate caregivers for our clients. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organization.

The pay rate for this position is $16.00 an hour. This is an assistant position and with time, and all training completed, the pay can increase. This position requires a valid driver’s license and vehicle for completing home visits and meet and greets. This position is also an on-call position so this candidate will need a laptop/computer or iPad to work from home when on call.
