Job Summary
As an administrative support to HR Operations, the HR Coordinator (HRC) provides frontline response to employees and management on Human Resources related issues. Successful HRC will act as employee champion and HR generalist. HRC supports and responds to HR-related needs for the HR Business Partners and their designated departments. The HRC triages, as appropriate, HR related questions to HRBPs or HR Centers of Excellence to support in the delivery of value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The HRC maintains an effective level of HR operations literacy and knowledge of the businesses he/she supports to ensure operational needs are being met. |
