Job Purpose and Function
The IT Support Manager is responsible for managing daily operations of the service desk, managing internal staff and external support teams, serving as an escalation point for the team to other stakeholders, and helping to ensure that the service desk is constantly developing and improving. The IT Support Manager will develop and present monthly KPI’s that are geared to unique audiences – internal IT to drive awareness to root cause resolution, our customers focused on time to resolve, etc. and finally, to perform end of quarter and end of year reviews.
