The
University of Olivet, a private liberal arts institution located in Olivet, MI, seeks applications for the position of Career Development
Navigator.
This position is funded by a 6-year King-Chávez-Parks Select Student Support Services
Program (KCP-4S) grant through the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity (LEO).
The

POSITION SUMMARY
The KCP-4S Career Development
Navigator (“Career Navigator”) supports a caseload of 150 students, identified as academically or economically disadvantaged. In
support of their caseload, the Career Navigator facilitates a variety of programs and individualized support for the students focused on
increased engagement in high-impact practices and career development.
As a member of the Career
Development Team, under the supervision of the Director of Career Development, the Career Navigator works collaboratively to ensure that
strategic priorities and programs are intentionally supported and assessed. The Career Development Team implements and sustains a wide range
of data-driven, forward-thinking programming focused on clearly defined and well-coordinated strategies and assessment of student
development at The University of Olivet.

COMPENSATION: This is a full-time, 12-month, position with a
