The University of Olivet is located in south central Michigan in the town of Olivet, MI, which is a close knit, rural community offering quiet streets and natural surroundings, yet is not more than 30 minutes from the larger cities of Lansing and Battle Creek. Position Summary: The Assistant Softball Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Coach in building a successful program at The University of Olivet. This includes assisting with eligibility, recruitment, retention, budget, fundraising, game day management, scheduling, coaching (primarily outfield and hitting), and any other program needs directed by the Head Coach.

Work Schedule: This is a part time, 10-month position. It includes flexible work hours Monday through Friday, especially in-season. Weekends and travel are required.
