Pay Grade/Pay Range: $17.29/Hr

Normal Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm
Job Summary: Drives street sweeper vehicle to clean and maintain campus streets.
Required Minimum Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED and a minimum of two (2) years driving experience Must be able to lift, handle and maneuver the tools, materials and supplies of the job. Must be able to perform those items in the Job Summary and in Essential functions. Must have the ability to use job-related tools and equipment and chemical supplies. Must have valid U.S. driver’s license. Must be at least 21 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies.
Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must possess a good working knowledge of equipment assigned. Must be capable of meeting and communication, with the general public, in a courteous manner. Have a good working knowledge of the campus. Required to work for special events such as home football game weekends. Must be willing to work extra hours during normal week, weekends, special events and holidays. Must accomplish the essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodations, in a timely manner. Closely observes and adheres to all safety rules and regulations as listed on product and equipment labels. And as directed by management. Leaves work site clean and orderly; ensures that all tools and equipment are cleaned, and materials are secured. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
