Normal Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:45pm
Job Summary: The Alumni Chapter Representative is responsible for assisting in the management and development of alumni chapters. Attends chapter meetings and presents information about the Alumni Association and the University.
Additional Department Summary: This position works with chapter volunteers to encourage alumni activity which promotes support for the University and National Alumni Association programs. Develops scholarships. Works with alumni to organize new chapters and revive inactive chapters. Coordinates all new chapter development requests. May be required to travel and work extended hours, to include evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to cover department needs. Significant travel is required.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree.
Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.S. driver’s license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions.
